RAPAC Communication & Infrastructure Ltd. (Formerly RAPAC Electronics Ltd.), is a public company, traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: RPAC), and is holding since the end of 2005 several subsidiaries active in the infrastructure, communication & computing and defense fields.

In the infrastructure field, RAPAC is acting through its subsidiaries, General Engineers Ltd (100%), Delta Elkon Ltd. (50%) and El-Mor Electricity Group (25%). General Engineers specializes in equipment for power generation, automation and lighting. Delta Elkon is the leading importer of bearings for the local car, agriculture, high tech, aviation and military industries. The El-Mor Electricity Group specializes in building large and complex electricity projects related to Light and Heavy industry, Food and Pharmaceutical industry, Communications and High-Tech market, Public Structures, Civil Infrastructures and Streets Lighting.

In the communication & computing field, RAPAC is acting since 1964 through its Systems Division, marketing communication systems to main telecommunication players. RAPAC is also providing equipment for broadcast applications. Its subsidiary, TNN Telecom (100%) is the leading Israeli provider of Integrated Communication solutions in the domain of data communication, voice communication and multimedia. Its subsidiary, SOLGOOD Communications 1993 Ltd. (100%) provides comprehensive communication solutions with a wide range of products, covering the cellular market, communication infrastructure equipment, telephony products and after-sale services. Its subsidiary, TechData Israel (100%), is supplying components and subsystems to the IT market in Israel.

RAPAC through its subsidiary RRSAT Global Communication Network Ltd. provides full teleport services including uplink and downlink communication services via satellites, as well as full play out services and mobile television service.

In the defense field, RAPAC through its systems division and through its subsidiary Del-Ta Systems, acts as consultant to some of the largest worldwide defense industries, in the fields of aircraft and missiles and sophisticated electronic systems.
